The three principles of the company have 116 years combined design/build experience in steel fabrication, industrial automation, custom machinery, tooling, and robotics. Our 60 employees include seven engineers (3 PE) and three draftsmen. Our engineering staff covers the disciplines of mechanical, civil, and electrical. Our shop foreman has 53 years experience as a journeyman welder and steel fabricator and holds AWS-D121 welder certification.

Upon awarding of a contract to RST, your project will typically follow these steps:

• A registered in-house engineer, with a staff of draftsmen, designs and engineers the equipment to meet your application needs
• We fabricate the structural steel in our own shop, utilizing computer numeric controlled (CNC) equipment for speed, accuracy, and economy
• Upon completion of the fabrication and assembly, the equipment is tested to assure it meets operational requirements
• Your team will be apprised of the project status every step along the process as we will work together to assure a successful endeavor
• Transport of the equipment to your jobsite can be via our truck or your preferred transportation method
• Upon delivery to the jobsite, RST can provide an installation team or provide supervision for your team
• Upon completion of the installation, our team can assist in commissioning (startup) of the equipment
